Employability Skills and Careers Development Programme
Xeed’s classroom-based programme is comprised of our employability skills psychometric test, 10 employability skills and careers development workshops, with 10 employability and careers eLearning extension workshops – totalling 20hrs of learning, and a certificate on completion

Details of what else is included
- Dedicated Employability and Careers Training Expert to deliver the training to learners, also on hand to offer 121 guidance when not delivering the programme on-site
- Options to train the trainer so that the client may offer the solution inhouse
- A dedicated Contract Manager to ensure there is a key contact throughout delivery
- Weekly and monthly review meetings with updated data on scoring and progression
- Offer 100’s of live vacancies through Xeed Global employer contacts
Progression Routes
This programme allows learners to develop the skills and attitudes required by employers in order to find, retain and progress within employment. The programme enables the learner to select from a wide range of topics and skills allowing them to progress and interact with experts and employers to further enhance the experience. The programme will also allow learners to demonstrate enhanced knowledge and ability, whilst being able to measure their own progression through an exclusive employability testing tool.
The Course
- Delivered in a classroom setting or through a live portal online by their dedicated trainer
- Each workshop is 60 to 90 mins in duration
- Held on a Moodle platform with secure login access for clients and learners
- Contains a bespoke trainer delivery interface
- Scheme of work, session plans, trainer notes and learner-led activities
- Access to online interactive resources including gamification, advice and guidance, videos and PDF workbooks
- Can be adapted to how the trainer deems fit to meet learner and regional needs
