10 tutor-led units comprised of an introduction, our employability testing tool, personality testing tool, and 10 employability & careers sessions, with 10 employability and careers eLearning extension workshops totaling 20hrs of learning. Emphasis on mindset vs skillset, mock interviews with real employers, and tutor support throughout the learner’s journey. A certificate is provided on completion.

Delivered in a classroom with 60-90mins dedicated to each workshop utilizing fun gamification techniques and group work to promote success through mindset.

Employability Skills Psychometric Test

Our employability skills psychometric test will quickly, accurately, and objectively measure a learner’s employability and career skills. The test will show learners their starting point and progression throughout their journey.

The test itself works by asking simple but effective questions it takes 15mins to complete and will give the users complete scoring on their employability, hard and soft skills, through 10 indicators. Firstly, with a scoring out of 10, and secondly an overall percentage of their current employability and career status. The user will be able to see where their weaknesses lie, therefore concentrating their efforts of improvement on those areas.  

The diagnostic is completed twice by the learner however can be taken multiple times to keep measuring progression. This will also enable the institution to demonstrate, quantitatively distance traveled and highlight individual career learning strengths and weaknesses. The testing also comes with 10 employability eLearning workshops to extend the learner’s knowledge. The data provided is particularly useful when accessing the effectiveness of all our courses.

Bespoke Employability Skills and Career Development Programme

Focussing on our expertise and specialising in employability and careers development we at Xeed Global offer clients and learners bespoke employability and careers workshops, and programmes to suit their specific needs. We offer a full menu of units, lesson plans and activities, clients are able to build their own unique programme specifically targeted at their audience of learners. Clients can choose to have certificates at the end of the course, testing, assessments and live mock interview days. A dedicated employability and careers training specialist will be assigned to guide clients through our portfolio and come up with a truly powerful and unique experience.

Our bespoke programmes are all delivered in the classroom and learners are also able to extend their learning at home and are provided with secure logins to the Xeed Global Moodle platform in order to access extension eLearning materials and tools on their own time.

NCFE Employability Qualification Level 1 and Level 2 Award available – certified certificate on completion totalling 150hrs of learning
